Yellow Fever Certificate

Brazilian health authorities require a valid international yellow fever vaccination certificate from visitors who have been to some African and South American countries within 3 (three) months prior to arrival in Brazil. Yellow fever vaccination is also recommended for applicants intending to visit some states in Nothern and Central-West Brazil and one state in Noth-East Brazil. A list of these states can also be provided upon request.

IMPORTANT

The Embassy requires a minimum of five (5) working days for the issuance of visas and other documentations upon receiving the complete documentation. Extra time may be needed in some circumstances.

NOTE: A BRAZILIAN VISA IS NOT AN APPLICANT'S RIGHT AND MAY BE DENIED. A VISA DO NOT GUARANTEE BY ITSELF THE RIGHT OF ENTRY OR SOJOURN IN BRAZIL AND MAY BE CANCELLED AT THE BRAZILIAN IMMIGRATION AUTHORITIES' DISCRETION.
